So today the weather is even worse than yesterday. Thick fog, 80% humidity and 70 degrees...so needless to say my sinuses aren't happy. So I brought the nasty nasal stuff that Paul has. I'm going to use it and go run. I'm on my own today so I'll report back when I return.
