So part of my couponing, I have gotten these makeup wipes for cheap and/or free.  These wipes have a tendency to dry out once the pack is open so I thought I would make a box to keep them fresh.   Mod Podge is a crafters dream.  I just discovered it recently.  I bought this off brand at Michaels with 40% off coupon and got it for about $3.  I bought the tin at the Dollar Tree and I bought the paper at Michaels on clearance for $0.29.   Applied Mod Podge to the tin ... stuck the paper on it and then coated the paper with Mod Podge. The wipes fit perfectly and there is room for a small scissor.  I found a tip in AllYou magazine to cut the wipes in half for more use.  I tested it out last night and half a wipe worked well to remove all my makeup.  Also, I had to leave the lip as is because the tin would not close with paper added there but you can't see it with the box closed so ... who cares! Body Scrub I used Greek yogurt since it's thicker.  I got the bath salts from Whole Foods - they have bins were you can purchase the amount you need in the fragrance you like best.  I picked lavender.  This is also why I went with Bath Salts over Epsom Salt...you have to buy a HUGE box of Epsom Salt and sometimes it comes without a fragrance.  Luckily, Paul had made coffee the morning I made this...if you don't have brewed coffee grounds just let some sit in water a bit before you mix it with the bath salts. It works great as an exfoliant and leaves your skin smooth and silky.  Plus the caffeine in the mix makes you feel a little tingly...if you don't like it try decaf the next time =)  Let me know if you try it and how you like it!   It makes enough for about 3 showers...also...I have a detachable shower head which came in handy to wash this stuff off the walls and the floor of the shower...so keep that in mind...it g...

   

Here are some Valentines I made....       This stamp was 49 CENTS!  HOLLA!   The foam hearts were 1.99 for three different sizes in red, pink and white glitter.   The ribbon was 1.50 each.   The card stock is white...not pink - I took these pictures with my phone camera...no flash.   I also made a Thank You card for my co-worker who gave me the Nike Chip. When Taller and I went to Michaels for supplies for my V Day Cards.  I found some cute damask boxes and I wanted them....I said that I could organize my card stuff in them but here's how I have them organized now so I didn't buy the boxes.  WILLPOWER!!!  I really like this container because I can carry it upstairs with the handle and put it away in my closet with ease.  Plus everything is all in one place and I love the little compartments on the lid.  FYI - I got this file box at Walgreens for like a dollar about a year ago and neve...

is making cards.  For Taller's birthday I made this....     "just a note to wish you a happy birthday" ♥  Shia Made with ♥ by Shia I also made this card for Paul's mom.... just a note to thank you The card to Paul's mom turned out so well it didn't even need spray glitter.  When I told Paul I should open an esty shop he asked what that is ... I said ebay for crafts...he joked...ebay for crap.  Isn't he hilarious...lol. 

I know this "how to" is a little late but I just had to share.   So I made my Christmas Cards this year.     Basically I took White card stock Damask ribbon Green and Red Ribbon (47 cents each! HOLLA!) Which I attached with.... This awesome glue pen... there are two ends (fine and thick) which worked out well with the different sized ribbons. Two Stamps...outside and inside of the card. So the Merry Christmas Stamp was a bit pricey ($8) but the Warm Wishes stamp was $1! Awesome ink pads....the ink really did dry fast!!  And they were the cheapest brand! This marker was great....only 99 cents!! And then the Piece de Resistance..... SPRAY GLITTER priceless folks...priceless! I will say that the glitter did come off of the cards so.. sorry folks but come on... it totally tied it all together!
