it's okay thursday #33

to sometimes feel like you have no idea how to use blogger.  Recently, Shanna helped me out in regards to being a no reply blogger.  Thanks again Shanna!!  Hello, I had no clue!  Seriously, check to see if you are.  The easiest way to check if you don't know is to comment on your own blog - does your email come up on the comment email you receive?  If not you are a no reply blogger and here is how to fix it.

~Also, I've had tons of comments lately, thank you all soooooo much.  I seriously get tickled pink when I get comments and new followers.  My old work blog buddy abandoned me so I have to tell all my non blog buddies about it every time.  They act like they are excited but ... you know ... sigh nonbloggers!  Anywho, I have been replying back to each and every comment via Reply on my comments.  I didn't know until Wednesday morning that - no one is getting the actual reply but me - womp womp wommppppp.  So as of today (ahem Wednesday look at me blogging ahead) I will start replying to the emails regarding the comments so that in itself is a reason for making sure you aren't a no reply ... don't you want a lovely lil message back from muah?  Yes you do ....

~So while I am checking out how to not be a no reply blogger ... I also figured out how to leave my link in a comment.  I've been wondering for ages how to do it ... if they only make a search tool that you could FIND ANYTHING ... duh!  So here it is!

to drink coffee in the afternoon knowing that it will keep you up all night but you gotta have it to get through the afternoon - true story - happened Tuesday

to be super excited for Friday Fancies.  It is seriously the best link up I've found ... oh yeah plus this one ... he he.  If you haven't signed up ... CLICK HERE ... and get on it!

So what's okay with you?

  2. I'm so glad you're no longer a no reply!! I hated not being able to respond to you when you'd leave me comments!! I'm a huge coffee drinker and will drink it at all times of the day. Fortunately the caffeine only seems to affect me early on in the day. If I drink it at night (which we do a lot) I can still pass right out. haha

12 Things You Need for Successful Weight Loss

1) Get your head in the game! Weight loss doesn't happen without dedication.  You have to have the mindset to get it done.  I've said in the past that motivation for me is like a light switch ... when it's on it is ON.  Even though motivation is one of the key things you need ~ you also need patience, understanding, time, and willpower.  You have to make a commitment to yourself and stick with it. 2) Track your progress! Tracking keeps you honest to yourself.  Without tracking you can sabotage yourself into overeating.  For example, tell me EVERYTHING you ate on Friday off the top of your head, not so easy right?  Also, there are tons of apps out there that you can quickly track or you can do it the old fashion way of writing it down.  Find what works for you and do it daily.  Also, as a rule I normally track my whole day in the morning.  Breakfast, Lunch, Snack & Dinner.  This also keeps me in track.  I can budget out my day and make changes if things arise or when y…

It's Okay Thursday/Hello Monday #5

... to be so productive that you "forget" to blog!

... to have tire issues on April Fool's Day and have to preface every text with ... this is NOT an April Fool's joke.

... to buy 11 items from the dollar days area at Target in an effort to get organized.  {hmmmm ... maybe a good idea for a blog post.}

... to forget to finish this post!

Hello Monday#5 It is truly amazing how much better my makeup and hair look on the weekend. So if you have never tried Starbucks Via Iced Coffee - I highly recommend. So I just watched Into the Woods over the weekend.  Why did the music sound EXACTLY like Sweeney Todd? Seriously I even googled that sh!t and came up with nothing. Why is it on weekends I am all about managing my down time  like it was my last meal or something.  Um no, I cannot do XYZ,  that is a total lack of consideration to my weekend of staying at  home and doing nothing for 48 hours straight.
How are you doing today?
