I think the "f" word is pretty evil.  I mean think about all the times we've said it to ourselves and we KNOW we shouldn't but geez some of those synonyms are down right HATEFUL!

So let's all do ourselves a favor and NEVER call ourselves the "F" word because it's like calling yourselves all of those horrible synonyms!  If you are feeling bad about yourself at that particular moment...saying these evil words won't make yourself feel any better.  We all have days when we feel "f" but instead look past it and say...wow my hair looks great today, I'm rocking this make-up, etc.  Maybe if we stop saying the "F" word to ourselves maybe everyone will stop saying it {like "rotund"...who says that?!?} So is it a deal?  No more "F" word....pinky promise!
