Here's all the awesome stuff I bought! a & b) Printed Dress Pants NY&Co. BOGO 50% off!  Love (a) reminds me of those H&M pants from my last Friday Fancy!  I paired them with a black top and purple sweater.  Super cute.  (b) I wore with the Chambray top and a pink sweater. c) Clearance Old Navy - too big but totally rocking it with a pencil skirt today at work.  I rolled up the arms and the rest looks pretty good - baggy and all! d) Chambray Shirt - NY&Co. - love this shirt!  I've seen so many fab outfits using a Chambray Shirt so I just had to get one.  It was a bit of a splurge but totally worth it! e) Emerald sweater from The Loft - on clearance!  Also, I looked EVERYWHERE for emerald ... you would think the color of the year would be easier to find! f) Heels from Sears "Bongo" - I know weird place to look for shoes - I have this monstrous gift card from there so I basically got these FOR FREE! ...

I had a fabulous birthday.  Saturday I hung out with a friend and then did some alone time birthday shopping the best time when you can just get in the zone and be super through of the racks and try on like everything 10 times.  I found some fab stuff.  Post to come!  Sunday night I rocked one of my new outfits to a fab dinner with my hubby.  It was great.  All in all I couldn't have asked for a better birthday and all your comments just made it even more special.  So thank you all so very much!  You're the best!  Also, a big girl pat on the back, this is my first birthday since my 25th (oh dear lawd let's not even discuss that one) that I haven't cried!  YAY Shia is growing up and accepting it!  Go me!!! Again thank you all for your birthday wishes!

So today is January 3rd....24 more days until my birthday. As I've mentioned in the past, I hate that I always have to start the new year off with getting older. I mean it really sucks. But this year, I think I'm just going to handle my birthday with a "grown-up attitude". So what that I will be 32...okay I admit when I just typed that I felt a little pain in my stomach. I think I've finally gotten to a place in my life where I accept my accomplishments and things that I need to work on. I mean just like I said in the New Year's post, why do I just sit around summing up the last years of my life and wanting so much to change THIS year. I am happy to be 32! I've done A LOT of things over the past couple of years that I never thought I would EVER do and there is so much to look forward to for the rest of my life....so SO WHAT I'm 32! Now hopefully I can be this mature when I turn 40 ... good thing I have 8 more years to worry about that.

I can't believe it's only been a year.   I feel like I have been writing this thing FOREVER!   Well happy birthday blog... here's too many MANY more posts!

Happy Birthday to my 1st little sister!

Simply Mad about Marissa! I adore my little niece Marissa and today is her 4th birthday. The first picture was taken when she was just 2 weeks old, it feels like yesterday but she's growing up. I'm getting her a bike for her birthday! So Happy Birthday Monkey ~~~ Love Auntie Circle! Can't wait to give you a big hug Saturday when I see you at your birthday party!

So today I am 31 and accepting it! (Seriously I am not going to cry) Notice Mom my post is at 8:29 am...my time of birth =) Monday night (2 day countdown) I had a realization...it has officially been 10 years since I celebrated turning 21. Well I am now celebrating being a true adult. Being able to drink was once a highlight but now that I NEVER drink ... I now look back and think aww Mellishia you were so young but now you are older and much wiser! At least I think so. HAHAHA
