Writer's Block

So I guess I sort of shot myself in the foot with the last blog entry since then I have had some MAD writer's block! Hopefully soon the wit and wisdom will come back to me but right now I am at a loss for words. I know me...SHIA with nothing to say...well at least nothing nice to say!

However, the NH trip is looming so I will officially be blogless from 4/17-4/28. Great news for the trip though...we are flying...YAY! So I'm hoping to get some good blogs in before then. Bare with me dear followers.

I hate this mascara!!!

Dior Show - $25 at Sephora I know I know...it's been listed in magazines as one of the best ... but it's not!!  Save your money!!! I bought this mascara a few months ago at Sephora when I had a 15% off coupon ... I thought ... why not give it a whirl.  Let me just say that I should have picked something better to use my coupon on.  This mascara is HORRIBLE. The wand is too big so it touches like every part of your eye lid and FORGET trying to put it on the bottom lashes!  It comes out too thick on the brush so it goes on like an oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico!  Once you get it on and fix all the mess you get to work and realize that it has smeared across your eyelid AND burns your eye like someone is poking you in the eye with a red hot poker! The worst part (as if it could get worse) it doesn't even do anything extraordinary to your lashes ... it doesn't make them look fuller or look longer they just look like you have mascara ...

Friday Fancies #2

{LONG DISTANCE LOVING} So for this week my outfit crush was found on In Her Stilettos . I could have copied NUMEROUS outfits from her ... she has amazing style and fabulous pieces in her wardrobe that she is constantly mixing around and making new fabulous outfits! Here's the outfit I picked as my crush... In Her Stilettos There is just SOOO much that I love love LOVE about this outfit.  First, I love that coat! Second, I love the polka dots with the stripes!  Third, I absolutely adore the blush pink with the blue ... totally fabulous ... so here is my .... To not make it exactly the same I added a peplum skirt and a bold necklace.  I decided to go with a blush pink bag rather than blue because I am in love with blush pink at the moment.  Also, I chose a more nude shoe ...
